Andrea Blythe, DDS
General Dentist/Owner
Dr. Blythe earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2007. She further honed her skills through a rigorous General Practice Residency in a VA hospital’s surgical setting, gaining invaluable experience in advanced procedures. This was followed by serving as a full-time staff doctor at the VA in Oklahoma City, Ok. In 2012, Dr. Blythe and her family relocated to Austin. She joined BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics on Riverside Dr. in 2016 as a dentist, where she continues to provide quality care to the community.
Dr. Blythe prioritizes staying at the forefront of dental advancements. She actively pursues continuing education courses to maintain and enhance her clinical skills. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), reflecting her dedication to the profession and its standards.
Dr. Blythe values being an active member of the Austin community. She enjoys the city’s vibrant outdoor scene and diverse culinary offerings. She and her husband have three daughters and, in her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and quality time with family and friends.

Alisha Gaffney, DMD
General Dentist
Gaffney, DMD loves that dentistry allows her the ability to work together with her patients to achieve their individual goals, and she is most looking forward to getting to know her new patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Gaffney is looking forward to exploring Austin, integrating herself into the community, and experiencing all the things Austin has to offer!

Kristen Biggs, DMD

Biggs, DMD prioritizes patient comfort and strives to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone. Kristen Biggs, DMD is eager to build long-term relationships with patients, focusing on improving their oral health and overall well-being.

Outside of the office, Biggs, DMD enjoys exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, trying new recipes, reading at local coffee shops, and walking around Lady Bird Lake. She also enjoys attending local events with friends. She shares a love of the Carolina Panthers with her father, and having played basketball in school, she also hopes to attend a San Antonio Spurs game.
Dr. Athina Karatzea, DDS
Orthodontist
Her treatment philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family. Dr. Karatzea believes in building genuine relationships with her patients and providing compassionate care in a warm, welcoming environment. She finds true joy in transforming smiles and seeing the boost in confidence that comes with them. Whether treating children, teens, or adults, her goal is to make every orthodontic journey a positive and rewarding experience.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Karatzea values clear and compassionate communication, and takes pride in serving a diverse patient community.
Outside the office, she enjoys living an active and balanced lifestyle—playing tennis, skiing, attending live concerts, and traveling to explore new places and cultures.
Dr. Ryan Weber, DDS
Oral Surgeon
After some time away, he returned to Central Texas and has been providing quality oral surgery services to the Austin area and its surrounding communities ever since.
Dr. Weber received his bachelor’s in biology from Baylor University in 2008. In 2015, he graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine before completing his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at its medical center in 2021.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Weber enjoys playing guitar, hitting the green, and spending time with his children.
Dr. Weber is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of:
