Melanie Marshall, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Melanie Marshall is the owner of the BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics of Hulen Dental Office.
Dr. Melanie Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Marshall has been practicing for 10 years and is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. Dr. Marshall was appointed by the governor of Texas to serve on the Texas Radiation Advisory Board.
Dr. Marshall spends her free time corralling her husband of 17 years and their 2 children. An avid baseball fan, her summer months are usually spent at little league ball fields or at Globe Life in Arlington. Go Rangers!! When the Rangers aren’t playing, Dr. Marshall enjoys traveling and looking for small town festivals.

Steven Blackburn, DDS, MS, DDS, MS
Orthodontist
Dr. Steven Blackburn earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry graduating first in his class. After practicing for three years as a general dentist, Dr. Blackburn entered the orthodontic residency program at the University of Detroit Mercy earning both a M.S and a certificate in orthodontics.
Dr. Blackburn’s first interest in orthodontics began after being so impressed with the smile transformation achieved by his orthodontist as a teenager. He wants his patients to enjoy their time in treatment and wants them to be happy and confident with their new smile at the end of treatment.
When he is not practicing orthodontics, Dr. Blackburn enjoys working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
