Mandy Wilkinson, DDS, MS

Dr. Wilkinson is a seasoned and highly proficient Orthodontist, bringing over 23 years of clinical expertise in Pediatric and Adult Orthodontics as well as Dentofacial Orthopedics. Renowned for her compassionate approach to patient care and unwavering commitment to excellence, she enjoys widespread respect within the Houston community.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Wilkinson completed her dental education at The University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. She went on to pursue advanced training, earning her Masters of Science in Orthodontics from the Center for Advanced Dental Education at St. Louis University in 1997. With a comprehensive educational background encompassing four years of dental school training and an additional three years of specialized Orthodontic training, Dr. Wilkinson is exceptionally qualified in her field.

Central to Dr. Wilkinson’s practice philosophy is the importance of trust. She firmly believes that cultivating mutual trust between herself and her patients lays the groundwork for achieving outstanding treatment outcomes. Having called Houston home for the past 24 years, Dr. Wilkinson has developed a deep affection for the city and its vibrant diversity. She shares her passion for Houston with her 24-year-old daughter, a recent graduate of The Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Together, they delight in attending Aggie football and baseball games, proudly exclaiming, “Gig ‘em!” In her leisure time, Dr. Wilkinson enjoys cycling, reading, gardening, and spending quality moments with her beloved Labrador, Bingo.
